Dinosaur Smoothie

As named by my eldest toddler, this beauty is packed full of goodness that my fussy younger toddler guzzled up with no problem. In keeping with this week's 'Food Focus', I added a few broccoli florets.


Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup of mango (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

A few broccoli florets, chopped well



A handful of spinach leavesA handful of spinach leaves

1 tbsp of milled linseed (flaxseed)

1 tsp of beetroot powder

1 orange

2 cups of water


1. Blend all the ingredients in a countertop blender until smooth.

Serve and drink immediately!
