Cardamom, Fennel & Ginger Tea


Kick start your day with an aromatic tea infused with spices. Ginger is a digestive aid with important anti-inflammatory properties.




Makes 1 litre.Makes 1 litre.

You will need:

10 green cardamom pods, lightly bruised with a rolling pin 1 tsp of fennel seeds 8 cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced 1 litre of boiling water


1. Place the cardamom pods, fennel seeds and sliced fresh ginger into a teapot. Pour boiling water over the top and allow the tea to infuse for 5 - 6 minutes, or to your taste.

2. Pour tea into cups through tea strainer and serve immediately.
