Black Grape Salad Dressing

In a brief eight minutes you can make this dressing. It is zingy and sweet. It goes well with feta cheese and is excellent on a fresh green salad.



Ingredients:

100 ml of red wine vinegar 100 ml extra virgin olive oil 16 black grapes 1 clove of garlic, freshly crushed 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt Ground black pepper, to taste 1 tbsp of runny honey


1. In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until emulsified. Serve.


Can be kept in the fridge for a week.
