As it's still so cold in many parts of the Northern Hemisphere we thought we'd share some of our favourite wholesome soups to help you through the winter months.
Throughout the week we'll be posting nourishing soup recipes with you to warm your cockles and heat you to the core. They make perfect meals in a bowl with a hunk of bread and simple salad.
The soup in the picture is made from the leftover chickpea stew posted yesterday, blended with a bit of vegetable stock, heated and garnished with roasted chickpeas, pomegranate molasses, basil leaves and dukkah seasoning.
